The Firm has represented several Indian and international fund managers and assisted in structuring their Indian operations by forming of Asset Management Companies, Trustee Companies, Portfolio Investment and the structuring of mutual funds in the light of Indian laws and regulations relating to securities in general and mutual funds in particular.
