The Firm advises clients on tax related issues including corporate and individuals. The Firm also represents clients on issues of indirect taxation such as Excise, Customs, Sales Tax, Service Tax and Octroi matters. This involves drafting replies to show cause notices and other demands and appearing before the departmental authorities, tribunals and courts. The Firm also advises on the Goods and Services Tax which deals with indirect taxation.
