Litigation and Arbitration forms an integral practice area of the Firm. The Firm represents clients in tribunals at Domestic and International level, the High Courts of different States and Union Territory and the Supreme Court of India, International and Domestic Arbitration Tribunals and Administrative Agencies. The Firm’s practice is broad and diverse, and covers all areas of commercial litigation including drafting of pleadings and appearance as Counsel in the Courts and Tribunals .
